Ki Residences at Brookvale, a 999-year leasehold condominium of 660 residential units at 2, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 Brookvale Drive, Singapore 599973 and 599975 to 599983, in District 21, was developed by Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments. The developer of record was Hoi Hup Sunway Clementi Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201806025K, developer licence C1383), the joint venture company of Hoi Hup Realty Pte Ltd and Sunway Developments Pte. Ltd., with S C Wong Holdings Pte. Ltd. as a financial partner.

The site, 31,596.7 sqm (340,107 sqft) at a plot ratio of 1.6, was the former Brookvale Park, a private residential estate on 999-year leasehold land, and the lease runs from 23 March 1885. It was sold en bloc to a joint venture of Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments for $530 million in a sale announced on 15 February 2018. The development has 10 blocks of 12 storeys over a common basement car park.

It was designed by ADDP Architects LLP, with landscape design by STX Landscape Architects, interior design by 2nd Edition Pte. Ltd., structural engineering by ECAS Consultants Pte. Ltd. and mechanical and electrical engineering by Rankine & Hill Pte Ltd, and the main contractor is Straits Construction Singapore Private Limited. The Expected TOP is 26 April 2026 and the Expected Legal Completion is 26 April 2029. Ki Residences at Brookvale was awarded CONQUAS Band 2 in 2025. The band is a firm-level record over a rolling six-year window, not a project score.
